A consensus set of outcomes

The International Consortium for Health Outcome Measurement (ICHOM) gathered an international team of experts with different backgrounds, including patients, to review literature and produce consensus on what outcomes to measure in clinical practice. A reference guide and a peer reviewed publication in Journal of Parkinson’s disease (paper accepted a May 2017, soon online) are outcomes of this work. At European Academy of Neurology congress in Amsterdam (#EAN2017) a preview of the paper was showcased on a slide of Professor Bas Bloem during the opening ceremony of the congress. A poster on our work was presented at the Movement Disorder Society Congress in 2015 in Berlin.
